Exterior Cladding and Framing

Expanding from our involvement in engineered framing and sheathing envelopes, our engineered exterior cladding scopes of work offerings have grown to include Division 07 profile and insulated metal panel systems, aluminum composite (ACM) panels, and glass, fiber cement, and phenolic core rain screen panel systems. We also specialize in Division 05 grilles and vision screens and claddings in terracotta and other composite materials.

Metal and MCM Panels

Lotspeich is a prominent contractor for metal composite material panels utilizing Reynobond, Alucobond and Alpolic materials. We are also a Centria dealer for steel insulated and profile “single skin” panels and source metal panel systems from many other manufacturers.

Architectural Grilles and Vision Barriers

Working with Construction Specialties’ exteriors division as a preferred contractor, Lotspeich can provide mechanical and parking area louvered and geometric aluminum vision screens, as well as architectural louvers and sun controls. Other material options for such screens include perforated aluminum and stainless steel, terracotta, and wood.
