Port of Miami NCL Terminal B <\/b><\/p>\n

This new cruise ship terminal building and garage had Lotspeich provide 68,000 square feet of aluminum composite panels to clad the exterior walls and ceilings.  <\/span>Drywall construction covered all of the interiors, and 28,800 square feet of specialty acrylic ceilings reflected the dramatic LED lighting. For this facility, Lotspeich furnished a \"design assist\" competitively bid package valued at $5,527,000. Designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, the New World Center\u2019s seventy foot high glass atrium enclosing multistory room \u201cpods\u201d is flanked by six stories of office and mechanical spaces and a 756 seat performance hall.\u00a0 <\/span>Our scope of work included engineered light gauge framing with structural steel supports, expanded mesh decking, drywall, gypsum plaster, acoustical plaster, pneumatically placed concrete fill (\u201cshotcrete\u201d), acoustical lagging, metal ceilings, and acoustical ceilings and wall panels.
